In September 2011, TheLadders pivoted from being a subscription-only job searching site for 100k+ professionals to a freemium job-matching service for all professionals. In the process we designed a new member dashboard.

In September 2011, TheLadders pivoted from being a subscription-only job searching site for 100k+ professionals to a freemium job-matching service for all professionals. In the process we designed a new member dashboard and re-designed the housing, or "shell" of the entire site.
